The sleeping factory

20164 colors lithographs, monotype, 50 × 56 cm

During a trip in Brazil, Etienne Macquet and I made an industrial sites report through photographs and prints, commissionned by the Art faber movement. This series of prints traces back my look on the workers' bodies met during those visits, stunned by the heat.

Art faber promotes the artistic representations of business and economy worlds. The project is placed under the patronage of Mrs Muriel Pénicault, and is co-directed by Pr Lourdes Arizpe, President Emeritus of the Word Social Science Council, and by Pr Jérôme Duval-Hamel, president of the Paris School of Law and Business.

Printed in the À fleur de Pierre workshop
